Robert G. Klein
President, CEO
Mr. Klein is currently President, CEO and Director of Enstar Financial Corporation. Direct experience within the financial industry includes over 20 years lending within corporate banking and equipment lease/finance environments. Direct asset-based lease/finance responsibilities include: credit granting, credit structuring, financial analyses, administration as well as marketing functions as Alberta Credit Manager; Manager Corporate Accounts; Regional Manager Asset Disposal and Vice President Corporate Finance. Mr. Klein has both institutional leasing experience and most recently third party origination lease marketing and corporate development.
Mr. Klein has also gained experience outside of the financial industry in senior executive positions as CFO & Director of an ASE listed public company, as CFO & Director of a private US manufacturing company as well as Controller of a private automotive company.
F.J. Stuart Brown
C.O.O. and Sr. VP Credit
Mr. Brown has 36 years experience in the financial industry, including management positions with IAC, Roynat, Canadian Commercial Bank, First City Trust, North West Trust Co., and lately with a third party origination lease marketing group focused on oil and gas production facilities. Mr. Brown also spent 7 years (inclusive of the 36) as a CFO of a major oilfield service group, which was sold in 1989. Mr. Brown has worked throughout BC as well as Hamilton, Winnipeg and Calgary.
Lyle Watson
SVP Business Development
Mr. Watson has 20 years experience in the financial industry including management positions with AES Data Inc., Central Guaranty and CIBC. His responsibilities have included, credit structuring (capital and operating), financial analysis and marketing functions as Alberta Manager; District Manager and lastly as the Western Regional Manager, for CIBC Equipment Finance.
James K. Norrie
VP Corporate Accounts
Mr. Norrie is currently Vice President Corporate Accounts at Enstar Financial Corporation. Over the past 30 plus years, Mr. Norrie’s career has included executive positions in the mining industry, the hospitality industry, the pulp and paper industry and the oil and gas industry. In addition to being a Certified General Accountant, Mr. Norrie is an Accredited Mortgage Professional. Thirteen of these years represent activity as founding Vice President of Finance for a public oil field service company based in Calgary, Alberta.
Tatiana Baczkowski
Executive Administrator
Currently Ms. Baczkowski is the Executive Administrator at Enstar Financial Corporation. Over the past 10 years, Ms. Baczkowski’s career has included executive and administrative roles in the transportation industry, wholesale import/export industry as well as the computer security industry.
